AI/R, a global collective of six leading powerhouses in AI and digital services, sought to revolutionize technology consultancy and digital transformation models. Their ambitious goal: embed AI into every customer engagement and business platform. Despite their shared mission, each company had developed its branding in isolation, resulting in a fragmented visual identity.

AI/R Group needed to unify six diverse company brands, create a cohesive yet flexible identity, enhance competitiveness in the U.S. market, and demonstrate technological sophistication.

Our comprehensive branding delivered a unified visual identity with harmonized logo and design systems, AI-generated assets with innovative visual representations, scalable digital infrastructure with shared design components, and interactive prototypes for real-world brand experience testing.

Specific challenges

(1) Disconnected visual identities across six brands (Compass UOL, Avenue Code, Invillia, Everymind, EdgyLabs, Webjump).

(2) Limited adaptability to digital-first environments.

(3) Difficulty conveying technological sophistication through existing brand assets.

(4) Need for a scalable system to support rapid growth in the competitive U.S. market.

(our Approach)

To meet these challenges, we deployed a multi-faceted strategy, blending cutting-edge technology with a collaborative, sprint-based workflow. Our approach revolved around three core pillars:

(1) Dynamic Systems:
We designed an adaptable brand ecosystem with a shared foundation of typography and color palettes, ensuring each company retained its individuality while being recognizably part of AI/R. The design system prioritized flexibility across digital and physical touchpoints.

(2) AI-Enhanced Creativity:
Leveraging Generative AI, we produced a high volume of unique visual assets at unprecedented speed and scale. These assets communicated the technological essence of the company, featuring abstract forms inspired by data flows, neural networks, and machine learning processes.

(3) Interactive Sprints:
Collaborating with client teams in Brazil and the U.S., we structured the project into sequential sprints, each delivering a visual mosaic to define aesthetics, a foundational brand guide, and a modular website framework that balanced consistency with customization.

(4) Prototype at Scale:
Delivered high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that allowed stakeholders to experience the brand ecosystem in real-time.

We designed an adaptable brand ecosystem with a shared foundation of typography and color palettes, ensuring each company retained its individuality while being recognizably part of the AI/R Company. The design system prioritized flexibility across digital and physical touchpoints.
