Pedro Burneiko is a Design Director with 15+ years in digital product design. Based in São Paulo, he's worked at MediaMonks, Work & Co, and Enjei, leading Latin American design teams focused on innovative visual systems.  He seamlessly navigates between technological innovation and design, his award-winning work spans brands like HP, Nike, Google, and Getty Images. A pioneer in AI in Brazil and exhibited artist, he now leads global design innovation as founder of MAAR.

Laíssa Moreira is an award-winning designer with a background spanning design studios, agencies, and independent projects. Currently a Senior Designer at MAAR COMPANY, she brings together creativity and a genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence. Her process is fueled by inspiration that comes from everywhere: art, algorithms, code, conversations, cultural insights. Throughout her career, she’s contributed to projects recognized on an international level, for her, design isn’t just about what’s seen—it’s about what’s felt, remembered, and carried forward.

Eduardo França is a graphic designer, a generalist by nature and multidisciplinary by practice. His work spans multiple design fields, from identity to editorial, motion to 3D, interfaces, packaging, and art direction. He is currently part of MAAR, where he develops visual systems that turn thought into presence and brands into living language, blending aesthetics, concept, and technological innovation. Born in the countryside of Brazil, he has previously worked with Tátil Design, BR/BAUEN, and Colletivo Design, a journey that reflects plurality, consistency, and creative depth.

Carolina Fioroti is a UX Designer and Web Designer passionate about creating intuitive and efficient digital experiences. She is currently part of the Maar team as a UX & DesignOps specialist, working on system development and process optimization to make them more strategic and scalable. She has experience in startups, where she has developed interfaces that blend aesthetics, functionality, and seamless user experiences.
